Pull My Permits ("pMyP") is a permit concierge for licensed trade contractors. With your authorization, we act as your agent to prepare and submit permit applications, track permit status, request inspections, and communicate with city permitting offices on your behalf.
You remain the contractor of record. The accuracy of filings depends on the information you provide. Cities decide permits, fees, timelines, and inspection results; we do not control or guarantee any city outcome or timeline.
City permit fees are always paid by you directly to the city. We never mark up, collect, or process city fees.
Service is billed as a monthly subscription plus a one-time setup fee where applicable (see Refunds and cancellation). You may cancel anytime.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by Texas law.
